How to Feel Energetic in Any Situation

How energetic are you?

A high intensity situation can make you react with anger and reach your breaking point. Once you break down your energy dissipates and you become mentally and physically exhausted. It means that trying to stay upbeat and positive when having problems is very difficult to do.

It ends up that you shift your focus to the things that get you down. In the end you could sulk and mope around wishing that you were elsewhere. If you believed everything you saw on TV then you simply could take yourself to Shambhala, a place of total enjoyment and pure pleasure. But what good is this place if we can’t find it anywhere on the map? It’s not even to be found in Tibet where this myth started.

But there is a Shanbhala!

In fact i can be found in every person at this very moment in time. Getting to this magic place is a totally different story though. A place of tranquility and peace is inside every person. The paradise called Shambhala is a state of mind. If you can teach yourself how to direct your thoughts then you can achieve an energetic state in virtually any situation or circumstance.

The characteristics of an energetic person are that they are always on the go. Even with difficulties the person may be facing, he or she is able to get back up and move on. As you move through a huge range of experiences, some darker than others, you will find yourself stumbling along the way.

Don’t think that stumbling is always bad.

In fact this could be your chance to get to know more about life and understand how things work.

Yoga aficionados believe their form of exercise makes them better able to take a step back from the issues and see the bigger picture. Unlike the common belief that exercise tires out a person, it has been shown that exercise can in fact invigorate one more than tire one out.

Exercise may be a way for you to release all your pent up frustrations and have an outlet where you can channel all your anger to. One of the explanations is that after exercise you will see an increase in your serotonin and endorphin levels. These are called the happy hormones by laymen. Exercise can balance your emotions, calm you down and assist with keeping blood pressure low. It shows in the glow of your body after a good workout.

Another strategy is to have a support system to lean on in times of stress.

These are people who love you and will be by your side through every trial. They will help you feel hopeful and will support you with strength when you are about to give up. No structure can survive without the proper foundation.

If your energy levels reach breaking point and you feel tired, it might be time to make some  easy changes. It doesn’t matter what age you are, taking the easy tips on board can help you increase your energy levels.

Remember that you can always help yourself and that it just requires adjusting your life to the demands set on you. How to be able to cope with problems is something you can learn to do. Once you have mastered the art you will see that coping with problems will be so much easier.

Happiness is a state of mind and allow the power of you mind to achieve this.

Allow your brain to be the engine of your life’s energy.
