		<description>Hi Andrew,

I like your 4 points to happiness. They can really get someone on the right track to happiness. When it comes to anger, it is just a reaction to a situation or problem. If we learn not to react in negative way or just understand where another is coming from there is no anger. When it comes to a support system, there are sometimes when that is not an option. When this happens, we do learn to rely on ourselves or a higher being. In the process we grow as a person and our happiness can grows with us, because of what we have accomplished by ourselves.

Happiness does start with being thankful for what you do have. If you can&#039;t be thankful for what you already have your in deep trouble is the way I see it.

Good job, Andrew
