Happiness is ultimately not in anyone else’s hands or controlled by anyone other than yourself. It is purely a choice you can make. As often as I can I choose to be happy! I understand that I am the only one that can really rain on my parade. It isn’t always easy, but nobody ever said life would be easy.
How you can work towards a happy life

Last night, my wife and I watched a movie called “A Simple Plan”.
It started with a guy saying how happy he was with his life. He had a good job, steady income, a loving wife and some good friends. He was happy.
Then with his brother and friend, they found millions of dollars and from then on, everything went wrong.
He argued with his wife and brother. The stress of everything got too much and eventually he burnt the money.
At the end, the film finished as it started except the guy was no longer happy.
When are you going to start enjoying your spare time?

We all live in a very busy world, don’t we?
We jump from one task to another to another with no spare time in between.
Many of us don’t enjoy time for ourselves.
If you look at the stats, the number of personal breakdowns is rising. The number of cases of divorce is rising
Why?
Because we don’t have time for ourselves or our other half.
People work and take care of their duties thinking that they don’t need a break. They find that finishing a task is more imperative than giving themselves a moment’s breather. They continue to trudge through life, until one day, they simply collapse and lose control.
