Elephant Ride Goes Wrong In Thailand

Well, luckily enough my wife and I were not killed or even injured…but we were scared…and guess what...it’s all on video!
Have a look…wait for 60 seconds, see what happens...watch in amazement...hear what my wife says at the end!
We almost jumped!

Nice one! Glad you guys are alright. It looks a long way down. What was going through your mind when things started going south?

It was a long way down. I was pretty cool about it all (I wish!). My wife was literally trying to get her safety belt off. If she succeeded in doing so, she would have definitely jumped. Afterwards, Susu (elephants name) was perfect. As the 'driver' said, something must have scared her. She sure scared us! Andrew |

Just thought I would share what some guy called Zerotrick said on stumbleupon about this posting:
A site filled with buisness scheme bxxxxxxt, even in the description of a the video, ontop of that the video is just 2 minutes of some Thai elephant tourist screaming sxxx at the elephant holding the camera at the ground because hes trying to get the elephant to stop running away, really fxxxxxg sxxxxy link, anybody who enjoyed this has deep troubles. I thought it was funny, anyway! |

Really, lol. It wasn't that bad.
Reminds me of the time I had to investigate a bomb threat at one of our premise. A mixture of disbelief and real concern. |
