Great Successful People - One More Interview And Need Advice

I have now completed all interviews, bar one (see below and need your advice, please), for my new product, The Great Successful People Package.

http://www.greatsuccessfulpeople.com/

The product launches soon and all profits will be donated to a Breast Cancer Charity.

This Wednesday I will be conducting the last interview with Ben Casnocha.

Ben is the author of the bestselling business book My Start-Up Life: What a (Very) Young CEO Learned on His Journey Through Silicon Valley, which the New York Times called "precocious, informative, and entertaining." He founded Comcate, Inc., an e-government software company, at age 14. Ben's work has been featured in dozens of international media including CNN, USA Today, CNBC, and Fox News.

For more information about Ben, go to http://ben.casnocha.com/

Can you help me - what questions do you want me to ask him? Let me know and I'll make sure I get the answers.

For someone who has the start up dream, what can they do now to
get ready for a successful startup later.

Do you recommend someone get their internet company up and going even if they have to work on it at nights and weekends?

What advice to you give the dreamers out there...those people who have the dream but who lack the confidence to get it going. What can you tell them now to get them off the dime and to give it a try.

Do you see any differences in entreprenueral activities country to
country or culture to culture?

What are the biggest new areas that someone should look at?

How was your young age a benefit in founding Comcate?
Would you recommend other kids follow your lead at age 14/which qualities should a kid have to successfully follow your lead?

If there was anything you could go back and change, what would it be?
Who inspired you the most along your journey?
What non-age related issue frustrated you the most along the way?
What's the most surprising lesson that you've learned by now?

How did he overcome the doubters about what he was doing (and really be interested if he came back with something like he didn't know he should be doubting what he was doing at that age...it would be a good point to pass on to adults...).

How did he put processes in place to run the company and deliver stuff to his customer? He had to have some framework for setting up the web site and a web site is all about processes if it deals with commerce.
