Is Your Boss The Perfect Manager?

This week I wanted to encourage some feedback using a simple exercise with some concrete benefits. I’d like you to answer the question:
How would you be
managed if your boss were the perfect manager?
The purpose of this exercise is to get us thinking about what does a perfect boss / manager look like.
It will be interesting to see what people say and focus on.
The greatest benefit of this simple exercise is that it will
start to get you thinking about how
you should behave and act as the perfect manager, and what you might be able to
do differently.
The question once more:
