Of course you do need to dedicate time to work. But at the end of the day it is the quality of work that people look at rather than the hours you have spent at it.

Life seems to have a way of working out. People have enthusiastically contributed to the recent success of books like The Secret and The Law of Attraction. Yet many mistake the practice of this law.
They have misunderstood what the message of these books is all about.
They have allowed themselves to believe that the Law of Attraction will fulfill their dreams just by sitting back and thinking what they want from their lives.
As far as I am concerned, this is not how it works.
How to Feel Energetic in Any Situation

How energetic are you?
A high intensity situation can make you react with anger and reach your breaking point. Once you break down your energy dissipates and you become mentally and physically exhausted. It means that trying to stay upbeat and positive when having problems is very difficult to do.
It ends up that you shift your focus to the things that get you down. In the end you could sulk and mope around wishing that you were elsewhere. If you believed everything you saw on TV then you simply could take yourself to Shambhala, a place of total enjoyment and pure pleasure. But what good is this place if we can’t find it anywhere on the map? It’s not even to be found in Tibet where this myth started.
