The Difference Between Working Hard and Working Smart

Many people think that because they work large numbers of hours they can claim to be the best workers in their industry. I disagree somewhat with this statement. Of course you do need to dedicate time to work. But at the end of the day it is the quality of work that people look at rather than the hours you have spent at it.

How To Deal with People Who Bring Us Down

It takes all kinds of people to make up the world we live in. In life, we have the opportunity to meet many people. Some of them we find are too difficult to deal with. These are the people we end up not liking and we try and avoid them as much as possible. Keeping well away from them might be the right thing to do. But sometimes there are situations where it is impossible to avoid them.
I have truly enjoyed all the positive messages. They are a wonderful resource of tools and information that often inspire me to create and develop additional workshops in my own business.
