While in Kenya, we visited a local private school called “Little Roots”.
It educates children from the ages of 2.5 years all the way up to 17 years.
We met the head teacher, Mary.
She says she’s 64. She looks 50!

Have you noticed how the written word has made a huge come back? Gone are the days where the manager had a secretary to write his letters and type up his presentations. Those were the days of pencils and short hand notebooks. No more.
Managers now have to depend on their own writing skills for all tasks. These include short messages they might post on Twitter, emails that need to be written, or the company page they maintain on Facebook.
I want to say a big thank you for continually sending the management emails. The emails have made a big impact in my life. My attitude is very different, how I approach issues and how I relate to my workmates has changed a lot.
Maybe I can say that nobody can ever be perfect and that’s why your emails have ensured that I make learning a continuous process.
