Switching Off At The End Of A Workday

For the majority of managers, we’re contracted to work around 35 hours per week.
We go in at around nine in the morning, work until lunch, and then leave after five.
This is what we are paid to do.
Why is it, then, that so many of us refuse to switch off when we leave work?

Why is that?
The basics of Management is simple.
The basics of Management is easy to learn.
The basics of Management don’t change.
Is it because they are lazy?
Is it because of procrastination?
It is because they have never been trained how to use the basic Management skills?
Yes, yes and yes and there are several other reasons as well.
